Brittany Barnhart, BCBA

President & Owner

Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Woodland Park and has worked in ABA since 2011 with children and teens in clinic, home, school, and community settings.

She started in the field during her undergraduate work at the University of Kansas, in practicum programs with infants and preschoolers. After earning her bachelor’s degree she taught at a Montessori preschool and later served as assistant director. In 2011 she moved to Florida and began work as a behavior therapist. She earned her BCaBA in 2013, completed her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University, and became a BCBA in 2016. After moving to Colorado that same year, she continued as a BCBA in clinic-based care and took on increasing leadership — clinic supervisor, assistant clinic director, clinic director, apprentice coordinator, and director of clinical development — before becoming owner and President of Positive Outcomes.

A through-line in that work has been mentoring behavior technicians and helping them grow toward BCBA practice. For Brittany, clinical quality means using best practice to improve how the team works, strengthen client care, and keep a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.

When she is not working, she is usually outdoors with her husband and their two rescue dogs, or traveling.
